1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 cups dry oats (not instant)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (or less)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Melt the peanut butter, then add honey and coconut oil over medium heat.
2. Once it is combined completely, remove the mixture from the heat and add oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla.
3. Stir until the chocolate has entirely melted.
4. Pour into a container (approx. 9×9) and place into the refrigerator to cool.
