Buckwheat Breakfast Porridge (Gluten Free)

Buckwheat Breakfast (raw)

I adapted this recipe from some sort of healthy parfait, but had to really change it to make it what I wanted.

1/2 cup Buckwheat groats, soaked overnight
10 raw Brazil nuts/cashers or macadamia nuts
3/4 cup water
1/2 banana
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 – 2 Tbsp maple syrup (or add dates)

Mix all in blender and blend until smooth. Add some water, if too thick.

Can add berries or other things for fun.
